On Monday, the tribunal learned phone records and information obtained from phones recorded Ms Wandelt consistently demanding Madeleine's mother for a biological test over the past two years.

Madeleine's disappearance in 2007 - at the age of three during a family holiday in Portugal - is considered the most publicized investigations and continues to be unsolved.

'I Don't Want Money'

Another recorded message, shared in court, documented Ms Wandelt declaring: "I understand I'm heavy and not pretty like Madeleine had been, but I feel what I feel."

While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's answerphone stated: "Imagine there is a slight possibility that I am she? What then? Wouldn't that be important for you?"

"I do not need money, I possess a existence here in Poland, I simply desire to know," the message continued.

The panel was advised that through electronic messages, SMS messages and communications, Ms Wandelt requested a DNA test, transmitted early photographs to her phone in a bid to show a resemblance to Mrs McCann's missing daughter, and stated to have "flashbacks" from a early life with the McCanns.

Robert Jones, a data specialist with Leicestershire Police who compiled the evidence, informed the court there "showed no any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt also reached out to close associates of the McCanns, as per the call data.

On October 9th, 2024, the father answered a communication from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, stating she had "incorrect contact information."

On that occasion Ms Wandelt deposited a voicemail on Mrs McCann's answerphone saying "I will continue and I plan to establish my position."

Call logs revealed Mrs Spragg had contacted through communication app to Mrs McCann to express the news outlets had depicted Ms Wandelt as "emotionally disturbed" but that she deserved to be taken seriously in the months preceding the trip to Rothley, Leicestershire, in December 2024.

The court heard message exchanges between the two individuals, in November 2024, planning trying to obtain Mrs McCann's DNA samples from her trash or from utensils at a eating establishment.

"We need to assert ourselves," the co-defendant told Ms Wandelt.

On the evening of the trip to their house, Mrs Spragg transmitted a message which stated: "We are sitting near the McCanns' residence with our vehicle dark resembling investigators. I desired to accomplish this with another person I hadn't anticipated I would be involved in this with the McCanns."

The trial proceeds.
